Staging Ballina Canyon Rd. — DIANA JACQUELINE

If we’re friends on Instagram, then you may have noticed that I’ve been posting a lot more about interiors lately, both in my feed and in my stories. And if we aren’t friends on IG yet (we should be!), well, now you’ll know why. So, without further ado, welcome to 3758 Ballina Canyon Road, a brand new listing for the DJB Homes team, and my very first interior design/staging project.

I was actually really blessed that this house was my first project; the inside of the (previous) home was totally gutted and renovated, and the developer and his team have a true gift for creating beautiful, sleek, modern spaces. Without question, I definitely had a clean slate to work with! But at the same time, with approximately 3,150 square feet to work on, well, I think it’s safe to say that staging Ballina Canyon was certainly no small feat to take on as a newbie.
